Allium ‘Summer Beauty’
Description
A beautiful Allium variety, with strong upright foliage, showcasing vibrant green color and thicker leaves. Masses of pale pink globe-like flowers attract a variety of pollinators. This plant keeps its foliage well into the winter months, eventually turning yellow-green to yellow, in the coldest weather. Foliage may remain green in some locations, or, in mild winters. Allium ‘Summer Beauty’ creates a visually noticeable vertical accent, adding some height to an extensive roof planting, while increasing the potential for biodiversity.
