Description

This species features fleshy rounded pale blue-green leaves edged with dark pink on arching stems. Individual plants form rounded mounds of foliage to creates a bold texture when planted in groups. This is an excellent choice for a late season display of color. Bright pink flowers appear in midautumn, coinciding with pinkish-red autumn foliage colour. Dormant in the winter months. Slower growing than ground cover sedums and without winter interest, it’s best to use this plant as an accent. This species will benefit from extra care to establish on a roof or in a wall, but is well worth the effort.
