Sedum album ‘Coral Carpet’

Description

Featuring the brightest red color of the albums, this variety spreads quickly is low-growing, typically to a height of 2″ or less. This album has a tighter habit than the straight species, and forms very dense carpet-like mats. Foliage is green and red in summer turning brilliant red to coral pink in the colder months, or when stressed (e.g. drought etc.). Airy white flowers bloom in midsummer. This variety is reliably hardy and provides year-round interest.
